120 HOUSES IN PERE IV.
We are in a neighbourhood where exist a industrial past, the Poblenou. One of the aims of the project is to make a facade for Pere IV Street. This structure also needs to relate to the ancient factory located in the adjacent plot, "La Escocesa". The structure of the complex is composed of a ground floor plus two upper floors with two patios, the dimensions of which have the same volume as the inside of the factory. From this plinth emerges a twelve-floor tower that is in front of the high buildings on the other side of the street.

SOCIAL HOUSING AND NURSERY
60 houses and one nursery need to be built in the Raval. It is a neighbourhood in the centre of Barcelona, housing plenty of people from different cultures.
The rectangular plot has two buildings facing the Rambla of Raval.
This proposal aims to integrate the existing buildings and create a series of spaces that contract and expand themselves, simulating the characteristic narrow streets of this neighbourhood.

NAVE IVANOW REHABILITATION.
The cultural centre Ivenow is located in Sagrera neighbourhood and used to be an industrial unit. The program requires the modification of a wide multipurpose hall and a space that can be divided, this latter belonging to the rehabilitation of the three industrial units that are in better conditions. Both spaces are connected on the ground floor through an area which is illuminated by the patios from the outside. The future Sagrera station and the green road project are influential aspects.

NAUTICAL FACULTY
The need of a new nautical faculty with appropriate facilities for its demands makes this exercise possible. The plot is in the port area of Barcelona, a place with lots of difficulties. One of the plots is 9 metres different in size from the Windy Square which will be solved by incorporating a courtyard. The courtyards roof will be the continuation of the square creating a sea viewpoint.
The central courtyard will be the place of relationship. It will be covered with precast beams and glass that allows the light to stream in, creating a set of shadows. It has a natural acclimatisation as the laterals are opened.

A COMUNITY IN POBLENOU
Doing an ancient cartography study I found myself interested in the romantic cemetery in Poblenou where its walls have always separated this neighbourhood from the sea.
The proposed intervention expects to restore industrial units and turn them into residential use that active the lifestyle of this neighbourhood. After a long research process it is possible to face the problems in line with the neighbours demands.
Delineated and community spaces are the main point areas in need of development because neighbourhood life is really important in the community.
Rehabilitation and respect to industrial units are the basis of building and maintenance in this community.
